Remits
You can download the document containing all remits for the 2012 AGM by clicking here.
Discussions concerning any of these remits are welcome, either by phone or email with your Area Representative, or via our Facebook page here.
REMEMBER: To vote on these remits, you need to either be present at the AGM, or appoint a proxy. Any financial member who is attending the AGM; any Council Member; or your Area Representative may be appointed as your proxy. A copy of the proxy form will be sent out to all members in the next issue of the Dispatch.
YOUR VOTE IS IMPORTANT on these remits, as they determine the future direction of the society. Every Full Membership/Stud has a single vote which counts equally, regardless of whether they are the President, or have just joined up last week! We encourage ALL members to have their say, and make their vote count, either in person, or by proxy at the AGM. Members are reminded that their subscription must be current in order to vote at the AGM.
Bus Trip
On Sunday there will be a Mystery Bus Trip due back at the Angus Inn between 3 - 3:30pm, in time to catch the Airport Flyer bus, for those departing in this manner. Any members who are leaving earlier than 3pm can be taken to the Upper Hutt station, where the Airport Flyer bus departs once per hour, at 30 minutes past the hour.
The bus trip is kindly being sponsored by MOTO SHOP, the local Can-Am dealer in Masterton:
